FRIED WONTON 
1/2 lb. ground beef/pork
2 c. chopped cabbage
2 c. chopped water chestnuts
Salt, water (sm. amount)
Vegetable oil enough to cover the wonton in the pan
1 pkg. Wonton wrappers

WONTON WRAPPERS:

Brown, in skillet, beef or pork, add remaining ingredients. Put 1 teaspoon of filling on the center of wrapper. Wet the corners with water and press together. Fry wonton in vegetable oil until they turn golden brown.

DIP SAUCE:

Ketchup
Sugar
Garlic powder
Salt
Some water

Cook in pan for 3-4 minutes.
