RAISIN CREAM PIE 
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 1/2 c. seedless raisins
1/3 c. cream
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla

Line 9 inch tin with pastry. Combine sugar, egg yolks, butter, raisins, cream, vinegar, salt, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until set.

Beat 2 egg whites until stiff and add 4 tablespoons sugar while beating. Add vanilla. Spread over baked pie and brown in oven.
