CRAZY CRUST PIZZA 
BATTER:

1 c. flour
1 tsp. Italian seasonings or leaf oregano
1/8 tsp. pepper
2/3 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs

TOPPING:

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef or sausage
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
4 oz. mushrooms, well drained & chopped
1 c. pizza sauce
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

PIZZA SAUCE:

1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 to 2 tsp. leaf oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Brown ground beef or sausage, season to taste. Drain well. Set aside. Lightly grease and dust with flour a 12 inch pizza pan. Prepare batter. Measure flour into small bowl. Add salt, Italian seasoning, pepper, eggs and milk, mixing until smooth. Pour batter into pan, tilting so batter covers bottom. Arrange toppings of your choice over batter. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes until pizza is golden brown. Remove from oven; drizzle with well mixed pizza sauce and cheese. Return to oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve immediately. Serving size 12 inches.
