REUBEN CASSEROLE 
8 oz. can sauerkraut, drained
1/2 tsp. caraway seed
1 tomato, cut in thin wedges
2 tbsp. Thousand Island dressing
4 oz. pkg. corned beef, cut up
1/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 c. soft rye bread crumbs
2 tsp. melted butter

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spread sauerkraut in baking dish. Sprinkle with caraway seed. Layer next 4 ingredients in order given. Toss bread crumbs with butter. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until heated through. Makes 2 servings.
