SPICY SAUSAGE BALLS 
Mix together:

1 lb. sausage meat
1 slightly beaten egg
1/3 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. sage

Shape into about 4 dozen balls. Brown in skillet on all sides. Pour off grease.

Combine and add to meat:

1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. chili sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Refrigerate or freeze. When ready to serve, reheat, place in chafing dish. Serve with cocktail picks.
