FAMILY STYLE FRANKS | |
1 (16 oz.) pkg. hot dogs 1/2 c. chopped onion 2 tbsp. melted butter 1 can Cheddar cheese soup, undiluted 1/3 c. water 4 c. sliced cooked potatoes Salt & pepper to taste Diagonally slash partially through each frank in 2 places. Saute onion in butter until tender. Add soup and water, stirring well. Place half of potatoes in a greased 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with half of cheese sauce. Repeat with remaining potatoes and cheese sauce. Place franks on casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly. |
