SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 lb. bulk Italian sausage
Lg. can stewed tomatoes, cut up
Sm. can stewed tomatoes, cut up
Lg. can tomato paste
2 c. water
1 green pepper, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. sugar
Salt, pepper, garlic, oregano, dill, basil to taste

Brown ground chuck and Italian sausage together. Drain fat. Keep flame low. Add remaining ingredients. Stir all together. It should be thin. If not, add a little water. Turn flame to medium. Simmer 1 1/2 hours.
