CHOP SUEY 
1 1/2 lb. diced pork
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. soya sauce
1/2 c. celery (cut diagonally)
1/2 head cabbage, sliced
1 can beans sprouts with juice
5-6 green onions (diagonally)
16 oz. can tomatoes

Fry together pork and garlic. Then add rest of ingredients and cook until tender-crisp. Thicken juice if needed with little cornstarch. Serve over steamed rice.
