SHRIMP AND CRAB DIP 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. finely diced celery
1/4 c. scallions, chopped
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 can medium deveined shrimp or crab, rinsed well

Mix mayonnaise and cream cheese well, then mix remaining ingredients. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours before eating. Serve with vegetables, crackers, etc.
