HAWAIIAN PIE 
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. coconut
1 (9 inch) pie shell, unbaked
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Combine melted butter and sugar in mixing bowl. Cool slightly, add eggs, beat until fluffy, add coconut, pecans, raisins, vanilla and vinegar. Mix well, pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Turn off oven and let set 5 minutes. Remove and cool on cake rack.
