GREAT GRANDMA TRUDIE'S CHOCOLATE
SAUCE
 
4 sq. baking chocolate (unsweetened)
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. butter

Melt chocolate over low heat. Add sugar; mix. Add milk and bring to a boil for 5-10 minutes. DO NOT stir more than once or twice while cooking. Add vanilla and butter last. Mix. Serve hot or cold on ice cream or cake.
