WATERGATE SALAD 
1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding & pie filling
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip

Put pudding mix in medium mixing bowl. Mix lightly with fork to remove any lumps. Drain the pineapple juice into the bowl and stir until well blended. Add the pineapples and stir again. Gently fold the Cool Whip into the pineapple pudding mixture. Put in serving dish or individual serving dishes. Garnish with coconut, nuts or cherries. Strawberries are pretty for garnish if using soon.
