EASY MEATLOAF 
1 1/2-2 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. dry onion soup
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
1-2 c. fine cracker crumbs

Mix all together. Form into loaf pan and cover with plastic wrap. Set in refrigerator until next evening and place in oven of 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour. Can also be frozen for longer period of time if desired. (Of course, you can bake it right away if you desire.)
