HOT APPLESAUCE BREAD PUDDING 
1 c. dry bread crumbs, cubed
1 1/2 c. skim milk, scalded
2 tsp. artificial sweetener
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. raisins
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce

Soak bread crumbs in scalded milk for 5 minutes. Add sweetener, cinnamon, eggs and vanilla; mix well. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish and bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes. While bread pudding is cooking, combine applesauce and raisins in a saucepan and heat until warm. After pudding is done, pour heated applesauce and raisin mixture over pudding and serve.
