VIDALA ONION CASSEROLE 
5-6 lg. Vidala onions, sliced
1 stick butter, melted
Grated Parmesan cheese
Grated Cheddar cheese
Nabisco Waverly or Keebler Club crackers

Saute onions in butter until clear and limp. Spray 1/2 quart casserole dish with Pam. Put enough onions in dish to cover the bottom. Sprinkle with cheeses and cover with crumbled crackers. Make several layers the same way to fill dish ending with crackers on top. Don't overfill. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. May be prepared in large quantities and frozen ahead of time. Goes from freezer to oven.
