EASY RECIPE FOR SWEET CHOW CHOW 
6 oz. jar cocktail onions
3 pkgs. frozen lima beans
2 pkgs. frozen green beans
2 pkgs. frozen yellow beans
3 pkgs. frozen cauliflower
1 (15 oz.) jar sweet pickles, sliced
1 qt. chopped celery
1 qt. green tomatoes, quartered
2 tbsp. celery seed
2 tbsp. mustard seed
4 c. vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
4 tsp. ground mustard
4 tsp. flour
4 tsp. turmeric

Cook celery until almost tender. Thaw but do not cook frozen vegetables. Combine vegetables. Make a paste with flour, turmeric and just a little vinegar. Add remaining vinegar. Add mixture to vegetables and heat to boiling point. Cook for 7 minutes. Seal in jars at once. Makes 5 to 8 quarts.
