4 c. chocolate chips
1 c. peanut butter
2 sticks butter
1 box Rice Chex
1 box confectioners sugar

Melt and stir all ingredients together. Mix in one box Rice Chex and cool 10 minutes or so. Pour one box confectioners sugar in brown bag and pour in mixture and shake. Store in airtight container.
