CUP CAKES 
1 c. shortening (1/2 butter, 1/2 Crisco)
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk, or a little more
3 tsp. baking powder
3 c. flour
Flavoring

Makes 26 large cup cakes. Bake in hot oven about 20 minutes.
