CHEESE LOGS 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 (10 oz.) pkg. extra sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 sm. minced onion
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix by hand; roll in rolls or round balls, then roll in finely chopped pecans.
