APRICOT CHICKEN 
6 to 8 boneless chicken breasts
1 bottle of fat free French Dressing
1 sm. jar apricot preserves
1 pkg. onion soup (opt.)

1. Mix together dressing, apricot preserves and onion soup (if desired) in glass baking dish.

2. Place chicken into mixture and spoon over all the chicken.

3. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

4. Serve with rice.
