BLUEBERRY WALNUT BANANA BREAD 
2 c. walnuts, finely chopped
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon-sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
3 c. whole blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 c. bananas, finely diced
1 c. cooking oil
1 tbsp. finely shredded orange peel (optional)

Grease and flour 2 (9 x 5 x 3 inch) loaf pans. Sprinkle 1/2 cup nuts in bottom of each pan. In large bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, cinnamon sugar, salt and nutmeg. Combine remaining ingredients. Add to dry ingredients. Stir just until moistened. Stir in remaining nuts. Spoon batter into prepared pans. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Let cool in pans 10 minutes. Remove to rack; cool.
