MILE HIGH STRAWBERRY DESSERT 
1/2 pt. whipping cream
2 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
10 oz. frozen strawberries, thawed
2 c. Vanilla Wafer crumbs, divided

Whip cream, place in refrigerator. Combine egg whites, sugar, lemon juice, salt and strawberries in mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed of electric mixer for 10 to 15 minutes or until mixture is stiff and holds its shape. Add vanilla, fold in whipped cream quickly. Sprinkle one cup crumbs in lightly buttered pan or dish (9 x 15 inch). Pile strawberry mixture on top, spreading evenly. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Cover, freeze until ready to serve. Cut in squares to serve.
