CHICKEN AND SPINACH 
4 chicken breast halves, cooked and cut up
2 pkgs. frozen spinach, defrost and drain well
1 can mushroom soup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. chicken broth
2 tbsp. sherry
3/4 c. grated sharp cheese
1 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
1/2 stick butter, melted

Put spinach in 10-inch casserole and layer chicken on top. Make a sauce using remaining ingredients. Put sauce in microwave until cheese melts, about 1-2 minutes on high. Pour heated sauce over chicken and spinach.

Crush stuffing mix and mix with melted butter. Spread over casserole. Bake covered 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover and continue baking another 20 minutes. Serves 4-6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
