BARBECUE SAUCE 
1 minced onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. vinegar
4 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tsp. lemon juice
1 (14 oz.) bottle catsup
2 tsp. mustard
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix all ingredients together. Pour over meat and bake 1 1/2 hours. Good to put over pork chops, chicken, or steaks.
