POTATO POT PIE 
1 1/2 c. mashed potatoes (hot or cold)
2 eggs
3 c. flour
Meat (chicken, beef, etc.)
Sliced potatoes

Beat eggs into potatoes; add more flour, if needed, until dough feels light. Dough will feel "sticky" but not sticky that it sticks to the rolling pin. Roll out on pastry cloth, making sure to flour cloth, rolling pin and hands well. Roll out until dough is of pot pie thickness; cut into squares. Alternate layers of meat, potatoes, and pot pie. Heat at 350 degrees until warm.
