EXTRA EASY PEACH COBBLER | |
1/4 c. butter 3 c. sliced frozen peaches, thawed 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. White Lily self-rising flour 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. milk Melt butter in 8 or 9 inch square or 11 x 7 inch baking pan in 350 degree oven. Mix peaches and 1/2 cup sugar; set aside. Combine flour, 1/2 cup sugar and milk until moistened. Pour batter evenly into melted butter. Do not stir. Spoon sweetened peaches over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until browned. Serve hot. Makes 6 to 8 servings. |
