Beat:

8 oz. softened cream cheese
16 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar

In a separate bowl, beat:

1 lg. box vanilla instant pudding
1 lg. box chocolate instant pudding
2 1/3 c. milk

Combine, mix well and spread in 9 x 13 inch pan. Remove frosting from chocolate sandwich cookies (Oreos). Crush and sprinkle cookies on top of pudding mixture for "dirt" if desired. Refrigerate.
