12 oz. bag chocolate sandwich cookies
1 c. confectioners' sugar
2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding or 1 lg. box
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
3 1/2 c. milk
12 oz. Cool Whip

Grind up cookies; set aside. Mix cream cheese, butter and sugar. Set aside. Mix milk, pudding mix and Cool Whip. Mix all ingredients except cookies (in a bowl for effect). Put a layer of cookies followed by a layer of the pudding mixture, ending with a layer of cookies on top.
