TALERINA 
3 tbsp. oil
1 med. onion, chopped
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide noodles
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes (or 1 1/2 c. tomato soup)
1 (12 oz.) can corn niblets
1 can pitted ripe olives, sliced
1/2 c. olive liquid
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Heat oil in large frying pan; add onions, green pepper, garlic and meat. Add seasoning and saute until meat is well browned. Cook noodles in boiling water; drain. Add remaining ingredients except cheese. Put into casserole, bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Add cheese, cook 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
