RHUBARB PIE 
1 1/2 lbs. rhubarb
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. orange juice
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
4 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. mace
2 tbsp. melted butter

Cut rhubarb into 1 inch pieces. Beat eggs. Combine sugar, flour, mace and salt. Add to eggs and beat well. Add melted butter and orange juice and stir until smooth and well blended. Stir in rhubarb and coat each piece well. Pour into unbaked 9 inch pie crust. Seal top crust. Brush with milk. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 400 degrees for 50 minutes.
