1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
9 cups Chex/rice/wheat cereal
1 cup peanuts
1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar, divided
1 bag M&M'S® candies

Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter over low heat. Remove from heat. Add cereal and nuts and stir until coated.

Add 1 cup confectioners' sugar to large brown paper bag. Add coated cereal, M&M'S® and the remaining 1/2 cup sugar. Shake well.

Remove and put in Holiday containers. ENJOY!!!
