TEXAS PEPPER STEAK 
1 lb. flank steak
2 tsp. corn starch
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. sugar
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. sherry
1/4 c. sunflower oil
4 lg. green peppers cut in strips
Hot cooked rice

Place steak in freezer until partially frozen so it will slice easily into strips. In dish, mix cornstarch, ginger, sugar, soy sauce and sherry. Marinate the meat in this mixture for 30 minutes. Heat oil in large pan or wok; add peppers and stir fry. Add meat and cook until meat loses its color. Serve over rice.
