CROWN JEWEL DESSERT 
1 pkg. cherry Jello
1 pkg. lime Jello
1 pkg. lemon Jello
3 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 container Cool Whip

Prepare cherry and lime Jello using 1 cup boiling water and 1/2 cup cold water for each. Pour each flavor into an 8-inch square pan. Chill until firm. Then combine lemon Jello with remaining 1 cup boiling water. Stir in sugar until dissolved. Stir in pineapple juice. Chill until slightly thickened.

Cut the firm gelatins into 1/2 inch cubes. Blend lemon gelatin with Cool Whip, fold in gelatin cubes, pour into pan, chill at least 5 hours or overnight.
