1 box lemon cake mix
1 egg plus 1 egg white
1/2 c. oil

Beat eggs and mix all ingredients thoroughly. Drop by teaspoon full on greased cookie sheet. Bake 350 degrees 10 to 11 minutes.

To make them more uniform. Make in small balls instead of dropping by teaspoon.
