STIR FRY VEGETABLES 
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. salad oil
1 can crinkle cut carrots
1 c. sliced onions
1 can French style green beans
2 c. shredded cabbage
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
2 tbsp. parsley

In large skillet or wok heat oil and butter. Add carrots and onions; stir to coat well. Stir in green beans and cabbage, stir fry 2 minutes. Cover and cook 2 minutes longer or until vegetables are cooked like you like them. Add lemon juice, salt, pepper and stir well. To serve, sprinkle with parsley. Makes 6 servings.
