2 lg. pkgs. orange Jello

Dissolve in 1/2 of the water the Jello package calls for then chill until it begins to jell slightly. Then fluff with a mixer and add:

Fluff the Cool Whip or Pet Whip in and then add: 2 drained cans mandarin oranges

Chill until served.
