1 lb. Oreo cookies, crushed (cheaper brand will work)
1 container whipped topping
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 pkgs. instant pudding (can use any flavor)
1 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. butter
3 c. milk

Beat together cream cheese and butter until cream. Add powdered sugar and beat. In another bowl mix pudding and milk. Then fold in whipped topping until well blended. Blend the two mixtures together. Put layer of cookie crumbs in a 9"x13" pan (save some to sprinkle on top). Add pudding stuff. Top with remaining crumbs. Refrigerate and eat.
