1 doz. toasted rounds of French bread 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar 1 tbsp. mayonnaise 1 sm. jar of pimentos 1 tbsp. grated white or yellow onion 1 tbsp. Lea Perrins sauce Mix cheese and mayonnaise until cheese is thoroughly coated. Mix in pimento. Stir in onion and Lea and Perrins until whole mixture is moist enough to dollop onto toasted rounds. Place under broiler or in toaster oven at 400 degrees. Cook until mixture is completely melted. Serve as side dish with salad or other vegetables. |
