THREE-MINUTE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
6 oz. chocolate chips (or bittersweet chocolate broken into pieces)
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. rum, Grand Marnier, cognac or other flavoring
4 tsp. sugar
Pinch of salt
3/4 c. milk

Place all ingredients except the milk in a blender and blend just enough to mix.

Heat milk until just about boiling, pour it into the blender and blend for 1 minute.

Pour the recipe into 4 cups and chill for an hour in the refrigerator.
