TOMATO DILL SOUP 
3 lg. ripe tomatoes
1 med. onion
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 sprigs fresh dill
1 tbsp. tomato paste
1/4 c. cold water
1 c. chicken stock
3/4 c. milk/cream or plain yogurt

Peel and slice tomatoes. Slice onion. In a pan, combine first 8 ingredients. Cover and simmer 12-15 minutes. Puree chicken stock and milk with the above soup. Chill.
