CHATEAU POTATOES 
6 c. mashed potatoes
3 c. creamed cottage cheese
3/4 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 1/2 tsp. white pepper
Salt to taste
Melted butter
Slivered almonds

Combine first 6 ingredients with mixer until smooth. Place in 2 1/2 quart casserole. Cover top with melted butter and almonds. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Yields: 8 servings.
