24 clams 2 lobster tails 1 lb. shrimp 5 cloves garlic Olive oil 1 can beer 1 lb. ling vine Black pepper to taste Red pepper to taste Take clams, lobster tails, shrimp, wash. In a pot, put oil and garlic. Brown. Then add fish and a can of beer, black pepper, and red pepper. Cover and steam fish until the clams open and shrimp and lobster turn red. Boil linguini. When cooked and drained, pour fish on top. Serves 4. |
