SALSA PICANTE 
2 med. size tomatoes
9-11 jalapeno peppers
Fresh garlic to taste
1/2 sm. onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cumin (comino)
1/2 c. water

Combine all ingredients in saucepan and steam 10-15 minutes. Then put in blender; chop, blend to whatever consistency you like.
