CREAM OF CRAB SOUP 
1 lb. crab meat (claw)
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. flour
1 c. chicken broth
1/4 tsp. pepper
5 c. milk
Salt to taste

Melt butter and add flour. Blend until smooth. Gradually add chicken broth, stirring constantly. Simmer about 4 minutes. Add milk. Cook, stirring constantly until thickened. Add crab, salt and pepper. 6 servings.
