CARROT AND CREAM CHEESE BARS 
1/3 c. oil
3 eggs
1 2/3 c. applesauce (1 can)
1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus carrot and spice cake mix
1 c. chopped nuts
Cream cheese icing

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 15x10 inch pan.

In large bowl blend oil, eggs and applesauce. Add cake mix and blend until moistened. Stir in 1/2 cup nuts. Bake 25-35 minutes. Cool. Frost with cream cheese icing and sprinkle remaining nuts on top.

CREAM CHEESE ICING:

3 oz. cream cheese, softened
6 tbsp. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 lb. powdered sugar

Mix ingredients to desired consistency and spread on warm bars.
