BUTCH'S PIZZA | |
3 c. Bisquick 3/4 c. water 1 lb. ground beef, lean 1/2 c. chopped onion 2-3 beef bouillon cubes 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese 2 cloves garlic, crushed 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves 1 (4 1/2 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained 1/2 c. chopped green pepper Heat oven to 425 degrees. Lightly grease jelly roll pan 15 1/2 x 10 1/2. Mix baking mix and water until soft dough forms. Put dough in bottom and up sides of pan, with well floured hands, form 3/4 inch rim. Cook and stir ground beef, onion, bouillon cubes and garlic, until beef is brown and bouillon cubes are dissolved. Mix tomato sauce, oregano. Spread evenly over dough. Put on beef mixture. Top with mushrooms, green pepepr and cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. |
