JENNIES TAVERNS 
1 lb. ground meat
1 grated potato
Small onion
1 slice bread
Tomato juice or puree
Salt and pepper
chili powder

NELL'S TAVERNS:

2 lbs. ground meat
1/2 tsp. chili powder
Salt and pepper
1 onion, chopped fine
1 c. water
1/4 c. catsup
2 tsp. mustard

Bring to boil for 5 minutes. Simmer 15 minutes. Serve on hamburger buns.
