BEEF BARBECUE 
1 lb. pork
1 lb. beef
1 bottle Heinz catsup
1 bunch celery
1 can chili with beans
1/2 bottle barbecue sauce
Salt

Cook salted meat separate until tender. (Beef takes longer.) Dice celery and add to broth from beef and pork when done. Cook 10 minutes. Dice beef and pork and combine with catsup and barbecue sauce. Mash beans in chili and add to rest of mixture. Cook until mushy. Add hot sauce to taste. Spoon on buns and serve.
