GLAZED CARROTS AND ONIONS 
4 carrots, cut into 1/4" circles
2 tbsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
1 lg. onion, cut into 1/2" circles
1 1/2 tbsp. butter

Cook carrots 15 minutes. Add and cook onions with carrots the last 5 minutes.

Combine sugar and ginger. Toss carrots and onions in sugar and ginger mixture. Melt butter. Add carrots and onions. Saute 3-5 minutes.
