CRANBERRY CHICKEN 
6 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. flour
1 (1 lb.) can cranberry sauce
1 med. green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. butter or oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt

Coat chicken were with mixture of flour and salt. heat butter in large fry pan and brown chicken pieces. Place in casserole dish. Top with cranberry sauce mixture, saute' onions and pepper in small amount of butter. Add cranberry sauce, sugar, soy sauce and salt. Cook on low heat until well blended. Spread mixture over chicken evenly and bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
